cannot create temp file for here-document: Read-only file system

Ubuntu 下使用 tab 键补全，突然报错：

 cd /vagrabash: cannot create temp file for here-document: Read-only file system

重新启动系统，系统启动不了，提示：

failure file system check of the root filesystem failed

使用命令修复：

fsck /dev/sda1

其中 /dev/sda1 是报错中提到的分区，根据自己情况使用

然后一路yes，问题解决。
